One plan. Up to 25 people. No per-seat pricing.

A Zeplik workspace is a team with its own plan, its own pool of credits and its own billing. Everyone you invite shares it, and seats are free on every paid plan, because what the plan buys is the work the team does rather than the number of people who might do it.

Per seat, or per use

Nearly every AI assistant sold to teams is priced per seat: you decide how many people might need it, and pay that many times over, every month. It prices a team out before it has finished evaluating, and it punishes the thing you want, which is more of your colleagues trying it. Zeplik charges for finished work instead. A five-person team and a twenty-five-person team on the same plan pay the same until one of them does more, at which point the one doing more pays more.

How a Zeplik workspace compares with per-seat team pricing

Adding somebodyZeplik workspaceFree, up to 25 people on any paid plan. The bill does not move.Typical per-seat planAnother seat, another line on the invoice, usually at the full per-person rate.

Running outZeplik workspaceAnyone in the workspace can top it up. Nobody waits for an admin in another timezone.Typical per-seat planAn admin raises the seat count or the plan tier.
Privacy inside the teamZeplik workspaceChats are private by default. You publish one to the workspace when you want it shared.Typical per-seat planVaries, and usually the choice is made once for everybody.
Who owns the accountZeplik workspaceThe workspace does. Ownership can be handed to a colleague without rebuying the plan.Typical per-seat planUsually the person who signed up, with support involved if that changes.

The right-hand column describes the per-seat pricing model as a category. It does not quote any particular product's price, because those change and the model is the part that matters.

What a workspace gives a team

Where a per-seat plan is the better buy

Fairly: if your team is very large and each person uses an assistant lightly and predictably, a per-seat plan is easier to budget, and a flat per-head figure is simpler to get through procurement than a usage pool. Zeplik suits a team that would rather pay for the heavy months and not for the quiet ones, and that wants everybody to be able to try it without a line being added to the invoice first.

Questions

How many people can a Zeplik workspace hold?

Up to 25 people, including the owner, on any paid plan. The limit is the same on Plus, Pro and Max, because seats are not what Zeplik charges for.

Does Zeplik charge per seat?

No. A Zeplik workspace pays for one plan and the people in it share its credits, so adding a colleague does not change the bill. The plan sets how much work the team can do in a month, not how many people may sign in.

Are the team's chats visible to everyone?

No. A chat is private to the person who wrote it unless they publish it to the workspace, and a published chat is read-only to everybody else until they fork their own copy.

What happens when a team runs out of credits?

Any member can buy a top-up, not just the owner. Running out stops whoever is mid-task, so making them wait for an owner to come online is the thing this avoids.

Can somebody be in more than one workspace?

Yes. A person has their own personal workspace and can own or belong to team workspaces alongside it. Each workspace keeps its own plan and its own credits, and switching between them does not mix the two.

Can a workspace change hands?

Yes. An owner can offer the workspace to another member, who accepts it. The plan, the credits and the team move with the workspace, so nothing has to be cancelled and bought again.

What does a team get beyond chat?

The same product one person gets: 285 models in one chat, 465 ready-to-run skills, connectors to the tools the team already uses, scheduled tasks that run on their own, a website builder, and image, music and video generation.

Start with your team, not without them

Create a workspace, choose a plan, and invite the people you work with. Seats cost nothing, so there is no reason to leave anybody out of the trial.
