Which models can I use?
Every plan includes every model in Zeplik. Your plan sets how many credits you get each month, not which models you can pick.
How do credits work?
Each message spends credits based on the model you choose. Within a billing period your monthly allowance is spent first, then free and top-up credits.
Does my allowance roll over?
No. Your subscription credits refresh every month, including on quarterly and yearly plans, and do not roll over. Top-up credits you buy separately never expire.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes. Active subscribers can buy top-up credit packs anytime. Those credits are added on top of your monthly allowance and never expire.
Can my team share one plan?
Yes. A workspace holds up to 25 people on one plan, and seats are free on every paid plan because you pay for the work the team does rather than for headcount. Credits are shared, chats stay private unless somebody publishes one to the workspace, and anybody in the team can buy a top-up.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your account and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
