How do credits work?

Each message spends credits based on the model you choose. Within a billing period your monthly allowance is spent first, then free and top-up credits.

Does my allowance roll over?

No. Your monthly subscription allowance resets at the start of each billing period. Top-up credits you buy separately never expire.

Can I buy more credits?

Yes. Active subscribers can buy top-up credit packs anytime. Those credits are added on top of your monthly allowance and never expire.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel from your account and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
