Connect Mopinion and Zeplik can act on your data and analytics for you: Mopinion captures user feedback across websites and apps, providing insights, analytics, and reporting to optimize user experiences and drive. You stay in the conversation while the assistant does the work in Mopinion directly.

Once connected, Zeplik reads from Mopinion by default and only makes changes after you turn on write access, so you are always in control of what the assistant can do.
